22 in. Pop-Open Balloon - Fall Cardinal

No assembly required, this 22 in. wind spinner balloon opens with easy pop-open(TM) assembly and spins in the wind! It is beautiful on decks and porches.

Pop-Open Balloons are so easy to assemble! Just push the upper hub toward the balloon basket and it will automatically click and lock into complete assembly. To disassemble, slightly push down on the hub, twist the hub about an eighth of a rotation.
